What this page covers
This policy explains how 360GTM handles information you share with us through this website, mainly the GTM teardown request form and any email you send us.
What we collect
When you submit the teardown request form, we receive the details you enter:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your agency website
- The service you want to sell more of
- How you find clients today
We also receive the date and time of the submission. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to prepare for and arrange the GTM teardown you requested, and to follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to an unrelated marketing list without asking you first.
Who can see it
Submissions are handled by 360GTM and stored in the tools we use to run the business, such as email and a customer record system. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation and any work that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this page before turning it on.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@360gtm.agency and we will respond.
